Job Responsibilities :
Follow up on inbound leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and showroom visits.
Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships.
Schedule appointments for test drives and consultations with the sales team.
Maintain and update lead tracking systems to ensure timely follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales team to identify high-priority leads and convert them into buyers.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Assist in developing lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead management (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple leads at once.
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
