Looking for a part-time manager for our furnished rentals in Margaretville.
Duties include:
1. Checking the units after guests leave to let us know condition.
2. Making sure the housekeepers put everything in the right place, and leave a personal note from us.
3. Checking that all the supplies are available for the guest and if something is missing like paper towel or soap, you will buy it and charge us.
4. Help show our properties for sale and rent when we can’t show.
5. Manage emergency situations.
6. Respond quickly to text, emails and phone calls. Be customer-facing. Be reliable
7. You need a car for this job.
