We are currently hiring multiple Painters and one Painting Crew Leader.
Painting Crew Leader:
We are looking for a highly experienced painter with leadership qualities to fill the position of Crew Lead. Pay for crew lead will start between $28-$34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Opportunity for company van to be provided within approximately one month of employment. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity.
Painters:
We are also looking for several additional experienced painters to work in standard painting roles. Pay for experienced painters will start between $22-$30, depending on level of experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity, though we may consider applicants who are looking for part-time or seasonal work as well.
Opportunity to start work ASAP, if interested, but must be available to start by mid-April.
Requirements for both positions:
-Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors
-Must be able to lift ladders and other tools/equipment comfortably
-Must be comfortable working on ladders.
-Must have reliable transportation to the Red Hook, NY area. Ideally with ability to travel to and from local projects independently.
-Must be hard working, honest, and comfortable working in a team setting
Additional requirements for Crew Leader:
-Must be willing to paint and be responsible for managing other painters within specific crew throughout each project.
-Responsible for communication with owner regarding project progress throughout.
-May be responsible for communicating with clients on-site when owner is not available to do so.
