Our organization is seeking RN's to work in our residential setting in Harris, NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide care and assessments for children and adults with complex medical conditions.
Perform assessments for the individual's physical, social, and psychological health in order to transition their care.
Monitor the individual and identify any changes.
Develop the individual's plan of care based on evidence working with the individual and their family.
Interpret medical information inclusive of diagnostic testing and treatment plans to assess individual’s response.
Identify and communicate the individual's needs to the supervising Registered Nurse.
Requirements:
NYS RN License.
Associate's degree or higher.
BLS Certification through AHA.
Experience working within an OPWDD setting is a plus.
