Matilda at The Henson is a new fine dining restaurant located in Hensonville, NY, in the heart of the Catskills. Owned in partnership with Michelin starred Chefs Jeremiah Stone & Fabian Von Hauske (Bar Contra & Wildair in NYC) and Ely & Danielle Franko (The Hunter Houses), Restaurant Matilda at The Henson is opening Spring 2024. We are currently hiring for all BOH positions to join the team at Matilda!

We are seeking enthusiastic & energetic cooks who are eager to learn & grow with our team. Desired experience:
● Experience in High volume Restaurant
● Ability to follow recipes & directions
● Ability to work in a team environment
● Maintenance of sanitary conditions as well as food standards
● Attention to detail
● Ability to work long standing shifts up to 10 hours
● Weekend availability and transportation required
