Bank Operations Representative I Canandaigua National Bank & Trust Location: Canandaigua, New YorkWhat does a Bank Operations Representative I do? A Bank Operations Representative I is an elite financial industry professional with expertise in bank operations function processing. This role plays a crucial part in the bank's mission to provide an exceptional customer experience by researching and resolving the department’s processes and issues and supporting customer facing personnel with questions associated with Bank operations processes. A high school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
One year customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with a PC and associated programs (such as Microsoft Office).

What does a successful first year in this position look like? Individual will be assigned to a Bank Operations Team that and will be responsible for various functions that may include
Processes wire transfers to Fed and provides quality control on wires, verifying all information is correctly entered.
Processes check and ACH, including incoming, outgoing, and returned files. Performs various Risk Monitoring tasks for these transactions. Individuals may be assigned to administer end of day processes and load files, which require scheduling until approximately 8PM-9PM.
Sorts and stores bank checks from branches.
Supports functions within CNB’s Online Banking system (Q2) including but not limited to; enrollments, additions, deletions, responding to messages, tracking, updating and answering customer requests.
Collects customer information to respond to subpoenas, levies, and other research requests.
Process address changes, provide quality control on address changes
Balances automated teller machine (ATM) transactions.
Supports the mail functions for the organization
Sorts, delivers, stamps, and coordinates mail efforts.
Compensation The compensation range for this position is $18.00 -$19.00 per hour.
