Loss of license must be immediately reported to the Property Manager. Must be at least 21 years oldMust possess, as a minimum, a high school degree or equivalentMust have a current CDL Must have a current DOT medical examiner’s certificate (also known as “DOT card” or “DOT certificate”) One year of work experience, including at least six months of operating vehicles to transport passengers or materials is preferredBe able to work outdoors in all types of weatherMust be familiar with methods to secure information, directions, etc.Motor Vehicle Report Criteria: No serious moving violations, accidents or license suspensions/revocations during the past three yearsNo more than 2 moving violations during the past two years#PeakMaintPI277452104 Apply
