Seeking someone to perform light contractor and general maintenance duties in two office buildings in Williamsville and one home in East Amherst. A few projects might include… installing cabinets and windows, replacing/installing fluorescent fixtures and ceiling tiles, repairing/replacing toilets and sinks, removing birds’ nests from a cinderblock wall, patching holes, assessing boiler/thermostat issues when they arise, building walls/partitions, fixing doors, installing weather stripping.
