Job Summary
HousePro is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Residential Construction Forman to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on both customer interaction and hands-on work. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients to perform in-person estimates and will also lead the on-site execution of home renovation projects, managing labor crews and subcontractors to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Meet with leads and homeowners to assess project needs, provide estimates, and close sales
- Oversee and actively participate in day-to-day renovation work, ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Serve as the primary point of contact on job sites for clients, subcontractors, and the HousePro team
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites
- Utilize HousePro’s platform to document project progress and communicate with customers
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in home renovation or construction (bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, roofing, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to accurately assess project needs and provide estimates
- Experience managing small teams or subcontractors
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
