Looking for one or two, experienced contractor(s), potential-supervisor $30 - $50+ to start (paid per job after grace period, same equivalent pay rate), prefer some supervisor or management skills; and the regular "old school type" : reliable, responsible, punctual etc., the common sense things. Get paid your dues with me, I work with you everyday, but I handle all customer interactions, advertising; getting the work - projects. ( booked till July already ).
