Responsibilities:
Load and unload cargo
Sweep and clean parking lots to prepare for paving
Shovel and rake asphalt
Qualifications:
Previous experience in paving or other related fields; if lacking experience, a willingness to work hard and learn will be accepted
Have a commercial driver’s license or willing to obtain one after employment (pay increase based on CDL status)
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong work ethic
Benefits:
Pay rate based on past experience; some prevailing wage work at NYS wages
Medical insurance available, company pays for single after one year
After one year of employment you will receive a 401K and be included in the company’s profit sharing program
