We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced painter for part-time residential projects with the potential to grow into a full-time position. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys collaborating in a positive environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare work surfaces (scraping, sanding, masking)
Apply paint (interior and exterior) using various tools (rollers, brushes, sprayers)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols
Work collaboratively with other team members
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential painting
Possess excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Are reliable, honest, and have a strong work ethic
Are a team player with positive communication skills
Are physically fit for the demands of the job (climbing ladders, bending, lifting)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of $20-22+ (cash)
Part-time position with flexible hours (potential to transition to full-time)
