Painter Job Description
Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of painter.
Responsibilities for painter
Maintains equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
Properly stores, cleans and disposes of all supplies and equipment used according to departmental policies and procedures
Perform residential painting/wallcovering as scheduled
Restore painted areas in vacated apartments to new-like conditions
Perform custom painting/wallcovering services as contracted by residents
Perform drywall repairs as needed
Prep surfaces using a combination of DA Sanding and hand sanding prior to paint
