An ideal candidate will possess:
Experience in maintenance in a residential setting with a solid understanding of maintenance best practices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
In-depth knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical work, Carpentry, Drywall etc.
Must possess skills and expertise in painting as well as all other areas related to completing timely and thorough apartment turnovers.
Professional verbal and written communication skills enabling effective articulation with residents, team members and senior management.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Completion of day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
