We're searching for a skilled Lead Painter to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for leading a crew, ensuring top-notch quality finishes on houses, and keeping projects on schedule.
Must-Haves:
Rockstar Painter: 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of beautiful work.( but 3 years not completely necessary)
Lead by Example: Experience guiding and motivating a crew is a plus.
Safety First: Confidence and comfort working on ladders is essential.
Clear Communication: Excellent communication with your crew and clients is key.
Reliable & Trustworthy: We value a strong work ethic and dependable character.
Bonus Points:
Experience with different paints, materials, and techniques.
Valid driver's license.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
