Job Summary
The Construction Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams to deliver successful projects.
Duties
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress
- Supervise construction sites to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
- Collaborate with Project Managers to review schematics and ensure accuracy
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating tasks and resources effectively
- Manage project budgets, including construction estimating and cost control
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Implement project management best practices to drive successful project outcomes
Qualifications- Preferred but not necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, coordination, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently

Pay: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
