Strong Customer Service Skills
Job Duties:
Coordinate with technical operations staff & end user departments to plan for and schedule new installations, hardware upgrades and software components
Perform file transfers and system upgrades in tandem with 3rd party vendors
Develop mechanisms to evaluate and improve quality of data inputted into information systems
Support user community and provide day-to-day assistance
Investigate, isolate and diagnose basic and internet connections problems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree – computer science preferred
Computer Proficiency (esp. M.S. Office Suite)
Customer Service Skills
Strong problem-resolving abilities
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to collaborate with team members and coworkers
Strong understanding of computer system inter-relationships and interfaces
