Position: 1099 Commission-Only Outside Sales Representative

Requirements:

Use your car and gas for appointments.

Previous experience in commission-only jobs.

Valid driver's license and successful background check.

Role:

Lead in-home 10-step sales demos and estimates for premium bath remodeling products.

No lead generation required; our marketing team handles it.

Sell walk-in showers and tubs to homeowners using the 10-step sales approach.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging in-home sales presentations for Walk-In Tubs or Showers.

Oversee customer agreements, collect initial payments, and coordinate with the manufacturing team. Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programs.
