The Buffalo, NY Sales Rep for Other Half Brewing will be tasked with driving sales for one of the world’s most highly regarded craft breweries. The Buffalo Sales Rep is responsible for growing sales by executing strategies based on company goals and objectives. The Buffalo Sales Rep will be responsible for communication and collaboration with the sales management team.
The ideal candidate:
Must have 3-5 years of beer sales experience with wholesaler or supplier in Buffalo
Is persistent, resourceful, and passionate.
Possesses strong communication and presentation skills.
Is flexible and always learning.
Is Solution Oriented, Self-Motivated and Results Driven
Exercises an extensive knowledge of beer sales and the craft beer industry.
Must be 21 years of age.
Possess a valid driver’s license
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with 100-120 on and off-premise accounts.
Up to date knowledge of competitive landscape
Knowledge of the craft beer industry and emerging trends
Provide business consulting opportunities and excellent customer service through sharing of best practices, emerging trends, and knowledge of consumer issues.
Call on 7-10 accounts daily Monday-Friday in person or through digital communication.
Communicate all critical information involving an account or the market.
Build and communicate weekly Newsletter.
Review pricing and product placement at each account to ensure each item is priced and located correctly based on company standards.
Create and perform beer samplings, on-premises events, and other brand engagement opportunities.
Responsible for managing and tracking quarterly sales budget.

The base pay range for this position is $20- $25 per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
