Shipping/Receiving and Customer Service person needed for a small communications company located in Williamsville, NY. We sell various communication products throughout the U.S. including healthcare communication systems, video entry systems, panic button systems, access control, etc.
This person must possess the ability to maintain a positive attitude while providing Shipping/Receiving and exceptional Customer Service as well as managing customer returns/exchanges of customer orders. Help with other general office tasks will also be required.
Organizational skills very important as it is a busy multi-task environment. Ability to communicate well and work as a team.
Responsibilities to include:
Outgoing Shipments: Manage in Ship Station as well as QuickBooks and Zoey (Online Order System), Check Customer Payment History Status to approve outgoing shipments
Coordinate Order Fulfillment with our Order Processing Dept.
Manage Customs requirements for international shipments
Product Management for the Repair Department including incoming and outgoing repair orders, documentation of serial numbers, product count changes, etc.
Product Management for RMA Department (product returns, exchanges, warranties)
Inventory Management including creation of Purchase Orders for low stock items
Assist Sales Dept. with shipping costs and inventory
Responsible for ordering and maintaining shipping supplies levels
Clean Pre-Owned Product as needed and verifying condition
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Benefits available: Paid time off
