Location: Delevan 270 Quaker Rd, East Aurora, New York 14052
Multiple Entry Level Manufacturing Positions Open :
1st Shift 7am-3:30pm
2nd Shift 3:15pm-11:45pm
Responsibilities Include:
Visually inspect parts according to the Inspection Master, Handbooks, company and customer specified requirements
Maintain the standard quota for each part. Quotas are determined based on the part being inspected
Work with the production set-up techs to maintain proper in-process requirements are met to ensure quality of parts
Consult with In-process supervisor or Quality Engineer as in-process inspection concerns arise
Utilize measuring equipment including, but not limited to microscope, WEP tester, height gage, and weighing scales
Process associated documentation including nonconforming material documents
Understand and adhere to all ISO standards and procedures
Understand the rubber product manufacturing process
Work under indirect supervision and in accordance with department procedures
Follow all safety requirements including safety shoes and protective equipment in designated areas
Requirements Include:

Proficient with blueprint reading
Proficient with in-process equipment
Above average organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to visual detail
Able to document and maintain accurate records
Proficient time management skills to meet deadlines
Able to follow directions from Team Leader and other members of management
Must be capable of regular, predictable attendance
Able to work well in a team setting as well as independently
Willing to learn new procedures or tasks and meet set deadlines
Interpersonal skills to handle all levels of information
