Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse / Delivery Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive their purchases safely, on time, and with the high standard of service Pool Mart is known for. You’ll play a key part in daily warehouse operations, loading/unloading products, preparing deliveries, and delivering items directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks with pools, hot tubs, patio furniture, and other backyard products.
Safely deliver products to customer homes using company vehicles.
Assist with in-store warehouse organization and inventory management.
Assemble products as needed for display or delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
Provide friendly, professional service during all customer interactions.
Work collaboratively with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
Comfortable driving box trucks and maneuvering large items.
Previous warehouse, delivery, or general labor experience preferred not required.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be available for flexible scheduling, including Saturdays during peak season.
