Help Wanted: Part-Time Maintenance / Janitorial Worker – West Seneca, NY
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Maintenance Person to help maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment in our office building located in West Seneca, NY.
Responsibilities include:
General janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, etc.)
Light maintenance and repair work (changing light bulbs, basic plumbing, minor fixes)
Monitoring building condition and reporting larger issues
Maintaining supply inventory and restocking as needed
Requirements:
Prior maintenance/janitorial experience preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
Dependable and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
Must be 18 years or older
Position Details:
Part-Time
Flexible hours (evenings or early mornings preferred)
