Full-Time Cleaner – Commercial & Residential
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain commercial and residential properties, creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, tenants, and visitors. This position includes daily and periodic cleaning, seasonal tasks, and occasional special projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, manages time well, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common areas, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and floor care (strip, wax, buff).
Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal and light landscaping.
Maintain cleaning equipment and manage supplies.
Complete special projects, such as apartment turnover cleaning, on schedule and to high standards.
Requirements:
Experience with cleaning equipment (carpet extractors, floor buffers, etc.) – provided by employer.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; light building maintenance a plus.
1–2 years custodial/cleaning experience preferred.
