Job Description:
Assistant Manager, General Maintenance and Painting
Requirements:
Punctual / Reliable worker.
Must have some previous experience in general maintenance and painting.
The hourly wage is $23 per hour.
25 hours a week, Monday-Friday from 10:00am to 3pm.
Jobs:
General Maintenance / Plumbing
Painting Apartments, exterior windows, etc.
Landscaping / Cutting Grass / Bush Trimming
Snow Removal
Must be able to receive maintenance emergency calls and respond to them
Overtime and Bonuses:
If a maintenance emergency occurs outside of normal scheduled business hours you will be paid time and a half to attend to them. Same goes for snow removal outside of normal business hours.
