In Home Personal Care Attendant (must be 18+) needed for lively and charming young man of 23 with Cerebral Palsy.
No Certification needed!
Experience working with disabled children or adults preferred but not necessary.
Assistance with transferring is necessary
Light housekeeping and meal preparation also required
Full or part time afternoon and evening hours available.
Must have reliable transportation, and a clean drivers license.
Must like cats (we have 2).
You will be paid by a third party agency through the Consumer Directed Program. So this is on the books.
I will assist you through the hiring process, which includes a criminal background check.
I will direct you with all aspects of care, and provide training as necessary.
John enjoys sports, music, video gaming and watching TV (movies and documentaries). He spends a lot of time on his favorite hobby - ancestry.com, researching our family tree and those of his friends.
