We are a dental specialty practice providing fee-for-service elective care, located in a premier medical building in Amherst. We work 8-5 most days, no weekends, no emergencies, no evenings. This is a front desk position handling phone calls, scheduling, taking payments, and most of all ensuring patients fall in love with the practice. Low stress, great team, comfortable pace, peaceful environment, 30-40 hours per week. Experience preferred. Typing and basic computer skills very strongly preferred. Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental / medical software, dental clinical experience, and insurance / billing knowledge also appreciated. Would be especially good for someone with dental assisting and administrative experience.
