High end, boutique specialty dental practice in premier medical building looking for a smart, capable administrator and front desk person. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional administrative support while ensuring a welcoming environment. Candidates must be very pleasant, outgoing, and motivated. Great personality, hospitality focus, and willingness to learn and be part of a team are most important; ideally we would love to see experience with office administration, insurance billing, dental or medical software (Eaglesoft especially), general computer skills (including typing), social media knowledge and clinical experience as well. We are looking for someone who can be present in the office approximately 36 hours a week. Available to start immediately. We are willing to train the right candidate
Job Duties:
Warmly greeting all patients with professionalism

Answering and routing phone calls
Managing social media skills a plus
Maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA, OHSA, and other regulations
Collaborate with the office manager
Manages office supplies and inventory

Qualifications:
2 plus years of experience in office management and/or dental front desk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details
Dental experience preferred with Eaglesoft
Financial Duties:
Collect and record payments
Knowledge of dental and / or medical insurance billing
Experience with payroll
Experience with pre authorization
