Overview:

URGENTLY HIRING

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Corporate Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

- Collaborate with the Corporate Chef to create innovative and enticing menu items

- Ensure consistent food quality by conducting regular inspections and tastings

- Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation

- Monitor portion control and minimize food waste

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Assist managing labor & food costs

- Support the Head Chef in menu planning, costing, and budgeting

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proficient in inventory control, cost management, and menu planning

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
