As we continue to grow, we're seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Part-Time Server/Bartenders, with availability on nights and weekends. We are looking for someone for 3 days a week currently with the option to add a 4th day as we grow.
Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Server/Bartender at Wallenweins, you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience during our busiest hours. With a focus on nights and weekends, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations and accommodating special requests.
Craft a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, restocking supplies and cleaning equipment as needed.
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Handle transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and prioritize guest safety at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in serving or bartending preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Must have availability for nights and weekends, as these are our busiest times.
