Seeking an experienced, well-established Chef / Kitchen Managers to simultaneously manage all back-of-house operations. We are also looking for experienced Sous and Line Cooks.
Seeking candidates with the following:
- Culinary degree (Experience)
- 5+ years experience in a high-volume environment
- 3 or more years in a supervising role (Chef / Kitchen Manager)
- Additional duties to include unique menu development and daily specials, inventory, ordering/purchasing and sanitation
- Strong leadership skills is a must
