Overview:As the Workforce IAM Team Lead at M&T Bank in Buffalo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our workforce identity and access management processes. You will lead a team responsible for managing and safeguarding user access to critical systems and applications, contributing to the bank’s overall cybersecurity posture. Your responsibilities will include overseeing access provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with security standards and industry regulations. Oversight and governance of workforce identity and access management (WIAM) controls
Lead a team of governance specialists to build rapport within the organization, communicate and maintain relationships with business partners on WIAM Controls
Participate and represent WIAM at the Technology Policy and Standards Committee meetings IAM policies and standards reviews and updates
Implement centralization of IAM controls across M&T's application estate
Facilitate efforts between WIAM Governance and Development & Engineering teams to onboard decentralized applications into SailPoint
Education and Experience Required:Minimum of an Associate’s degree and 7 years’ technology or systems management/leadership experience, or in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 7 years’ technology or systems management/leadership experienceEducation and Experience Preferred:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 10 years’ technology management or large program leadership experienceM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $95,018.96 - $158,364.93 Annual (USD).
