The scope includes helping to create and execute programs to elevate Tech’s strategy and work across teams, the Bank, and the community and working cross-functionally to drive outcomes related to organizational engagement, culture and collaboration, and organizational efficiency.Primary Responsibilities
Help execute engagement strategy and plans that connect and activate key stakeholders, including Technology and Enterprise Leaders, in critical Tech organizational initiatives
Help design and manage large-scale engagement routines across the organization (e.g., Town Halls, All Hands, People Leader All Calls)
Using an engagement lens, identify, react, and respond to opportunities that drive sustained org-wide efficiency or in areas that require immediate, one-off attention
Help build and maintain partnerships in our ecosystem to elevate community outcomes in Western New York, Wilmington, and across the M&T footprint
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience

Experience with financial, regulatory and/or process analysis, and technical writing
