Join us and be part of something new as we build tomorrow’s bank, today.OverviewThe Tech Engagement Coordinator is responsible for helping to run key engagement initiatives for M&T Tech to keep a large-scale organization closely connected, engaged, and aligned across divisions and teams. The scope includes helping to create and execute programs to elevate Tech’s strategy and work across teams, the Bank, and the community and working cross-functionally to drive outcomes related to organizational engagement, culture and collaboration, and organizational efficiency.Primary Responsibilities

Help execute engagement strategy and plans that connect and activate key stakeholders, including Technology and Enterprise Leaders, in critical Tech organizational initiatives

Help design and manage large-scale engagement routines across the organization (e.g., Town Halls, All Hands, People Leader All Calls)

Using an engagement lens, identify, react, and respond to opportunities that drive sustained org-wide efficiency or in areas that require immediate, one-off attention

Help build and maintain partnerships in our ecosystem to elevate community outcomes in Western New York, Wilmington, and across the M&T footprint

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience

Strong attention to detail

Education and Experience Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration

Banking/financial industry experience

Six Sigma, Lean or Process Improvement, or project management-related education

Experience with SQL, programming and statistical software

Experience with financial, regulatory and/or process analysis, and technical writing

Curious and innovative

The pay range for this position is $60,890.34 - $101,483.90 Annual (USD).
