Seeking a service project manager to oversee 10 HVAC technicians.
Reviews technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards, techniques, and safety requirements; makes recommendations to improve quality and productivity.
Work with clients to deliver a positive, energetic, and accurate level of service.
Set 1:1 meetings with technicians to ensure they are being evaluated properly.
Monitor the department’s service vehicles to ensure they are in an acceptable condition to allow technicians to efficiently work out of the vehicle, and that an adequate inventory of parts and material are maintained.
Participate in morning huddles providing leadership and support to the techs.
Skills
Knowledge and understanding of mechanical/plumbing/generator equipment
Ability to read, interpret, utilize, and train on manuals and schematics
At least 2 years in a managerial capacity (HVAC/automotive/manufacturing industry preferred)
Excellent time management & communication skills
Customer Service Skills/Problem Solving
Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Buffalo, New York.Work EnvironmentOffice based job.
