WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation for phone support. This role is primarily based in our office, with occasional ride-alongs to stay engaged with field operations.

As the Residential HVAC Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, including supervising technicians who handle equipment repair and maintenance. You will be responsible for managing the team's performance, conducting appraisals, and setting improvement goals in line with company standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and monitoring departmental budgets, ensuring that goals and objectives are met. Part of your responsibilities will include participating in the on-call phone support rotation and working closely with other departments!

Supervisory experience

Strong communication and customer service skills
