Property Maintenance

Express Employment Professionals is looking for Property Maintenance workers for a company located in Amherst, NY. Shift: 8am - 5pm Tues-Sat OR Sun - ThursPay : $17.00 + BOE Job Duties: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazardsAssist with landscaping duties Assist with the turnover process of vacant unitsAssist with garbage removal and moving furniture and equipment as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical/carpentry/general maintenance techniquesAbility to operate hand power tools Able to lift heavy objects ( up to 75 lbs.)Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Be ok with working outdoors and in various weather conditions Able to walk/stand/reach/kneel/climb/lift heavy furniture throughout shiftWilling to drive to each job site - can be up to a 30 minute or so drive.
