Description Robert Half Buffalo is currently seeking proactive, detail-oriented individuals for ongoing Financial Analyst roles. These opportunities are ideal for individuals who are dedicated to advancing their career in finance while collaborating in a supportive and high-performing work environment.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with finance and business teams to forecast, analyze, and report financial performance.
Assist in budget development and strategic planning.
Conduct financial modeling and analysis, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, and summarize financial information.
Evaluate financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to the senior management.
Perform strategic and scenario analysis to determine the future impact on the business
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP system is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, independent problem solver who is highly focused and adaptable.
Ability to liaise with all levels of the organization including senior management.
