Overview:The Executive Associate Program is designed for 2nd year MBA students who seek to accelerate their career within M&T Bank. Program hires will undergo an immersive leadership experience designed to develop leadership competencies and strategic capabilities. Throughout the first year, the incoming cohort will be introduced to Program alumni, bank wide leadership, and collaborate with peers to drive change to support the vision and goals of the Bank.Department Description:As an Executive Associate on this team you’ll be responsible for providing critical EX (Employee Experience) support to business units working across several simultaneous projects/programs by leveraging reports and dashboards. You’ll collaborate with the team to expand activate against existing bank metrics, as well as staying informed on industry trends and best practices in people management and employee experience management. Your responsibilities may include:

Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop and implement action planning against advanced analytics to deliver insights to our business lines in areas such as enhanced employee favorability in areas of leadership, alignment and performance, empowerment, rewards optimization total rewards, culture alignment, workforce well-being, healthcare benefits, safety, risk orientation and overall engagement Interpret project or program reportscontinuous data feedback from various sources. Deliver information to end users in a format that is easy to use and actionable utilizing dashboard and slide deck presentation methods. Drive continuous improvement of existing HR processes, develop and programs, based on employee data, with the end goal of enhancing overall EX. new processes or enhance existing processes where required including maintenance plans, procedural documentation and custom tools for automation. Identify resources that can be utilized to support business operations or improve existing business processes. Provide input and recommendations to management. Participate in the planning and implementation of new projects, programs, and plans to achieve short and long term business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance and support on all matters related to employee engagement organizational development and workforce planning, and overall experience.

Scope of Responsibilities:Perform project/management related assignments in field of expertise within the Executive Associate Program.Supervisory/ Managerial Responsibilities:NoneEducation and Experience Required:Completed MBA from an accredited business school.Minimum two years professional, full time work experience.Demonstrated leadership potential, as evidenced through previous work experience, extracurricular activities, or community involvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically analyze complex business challengesStrong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlinesWork visa sponsorship not offered for this roleM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $171,000. The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation. The range listed above encompasses all geographic locations.
