We currently have multiple ongoing opportunities available for skilled Bookkeepers.Job Responsibilities:
Record and maintain financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
Balance and maintain accurate ledgers by correcting discrepancies.
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Monitor financial transactions and reports.
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
Track bank deposits and payments.
Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
Develop periodic reports for management.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software packages.
Strong numerical skills and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferable, though relevant experience will be considered.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
