We are seeking an experienced Collections Office Manager to lead our collections team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance firmness with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the collections team to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Develop and implement collection strategies to meet company goals.
Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance.
Handle escalated collection accounts and resolve disputes professionally.
Utilize Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams to manage reporting, communication, and collaboration.
Maintain a balance between being a team player and a firm, direct leader.
Qualifications:
✅ 10+ years of experience in collections
✅ 4+ years in a management role
✅ Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to work in-office full-time (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
