1+ Call center / retail / customer service / administration from healthcare
Must be Fluent in Mandarin OR Cantonese
Must be able to have a medical conversation in BOTH languages
Must have a quiet and private work space, no distractions, with reliable internet
Type 30WPM+
No time off in the first 120 days
Work Environment:
Location: REMOTE - Must live in New York State
Equipment provided
Shifts Available:
Cantonese – Full Time (2) 9:30 AM– 6:00 PM, (1), 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Mandarin – Full Time (1) 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, (1) 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Lunch break is 30 minutes which will be unpaid, with two 10-minute breaks
Training is 3 weeks -The training schedule is 9:30 – 4:30 for two weeks – then they go to their regular schedule starting the 3rd week - please note there are no requests for a schedule change for the first 2 months after getting out of trainingIf you or anyone you know is interested please apply!About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
