Quality Control Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and train staff to maintain quality standards across all operational processes.

Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and lot operations to ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and compliance guidelines.

Identify and address quality concerns, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, inventory, and maintenance needs.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and meet organizational goals.

Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members to ensure consistent quality improvement.

Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Quality Control Supervisor Experience and Skills Required:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in quality management or a related field a plus.

1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in quality control, automotive, transportation, or a related industry.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for quality improvement.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to work outside in various types of weather conditions.
