THE JOBThis is a hybrid position that involves operational responsibilities for both ticketed events such as concerts and shows as well as special events, both private and corporate.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Responsible for managing aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including but not limited to, front of house operations, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, staffing, and ongoing venue set-up and tear-down
Recruits, hires, trains and supervises part-time staff/supervisors of multiple departments including but not limited to: Security, Maintenance, Cleaning and Usher/Ticket Taker
Maintains and monitors records of all incident reports and investigates/manages all pending cases, including interviewing staff or other witnesses and attending arbitration hearings when necessary
Ensure optimum operating condition of all facility equipment, such as traffic control and crowd control devices
Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures and programs and ensuring that company standards are maintained
Creates and implements effective recruiting programs for seasonal event staff
Manages event staff new hire onboarding and training for in-sourced positions as well as ensuring proper onboarding
Manages any and all training programs and ongoing development of event staff
Commit to providing a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees
Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events
This position oversees and ensures the execution of all operating department compliance policies and procedures
Responsible for execution, servicing and detailing of assigned events once booked by the Special Events Department
Provides administrative support and assistance to the Special Events Sales Team
Distribution of all internal and external correspondence
Assists department team members with Information Systems support
Distribution of all internal and external correspondence

Coordinate all aspects of operational set-up and break down of events (equipment needs, rental needs,
and station set-up)
Liaison between client and LN Team Members throughout Event.
Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific venue standard)
Assist in all aspects of the Special Event once the special event order (SEO) has been distributed
Client interaction: assists in conducting site inspections and walk through with clients as requested by DOS
Assist Sales Manager(s) as requested with special needs by the client
Participate in meetings such as the SEO Meeting and Production Meeting
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry; you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the venue
Maintain files in proper order after the (SEO) has been distributed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Candidate is a proven leader with strong management and communications skills
Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management is required
Experience dealing with police and public officials
Must have demonstrated experience managing staff- ideally experience managing Security, Ticket Takers and Ushers
Computers skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
Experience using Workday or time keeping systems is a plus
