Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Healthcare Concierge (Cantonese/Mandarin). The Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services in a healthcare setting, managing resident/family relations, communicating with patients and visitors and all departments, performing patient advocate duties, complete surveys and delivering exceptional customer service for our residents and their families. Qualifications
Experience in people facing, service oriented role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in problem solving
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, some college required
Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking required
Experience in a healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus
