Requirements:Manages the overall on-boarding process for patients admitted onto hospice program. Location : BronxSalary: 62.60/hourlyQualifications:
Current NYS RN License
Current Driver's License.
A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in nursing which includes minimum of 5 years of hospice.
Management experience preferred
Working knowledge of hospice regulations and Conditions of Participation
Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital as required by specific job duties and functions.
Education:
A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is preferred.
