Log data
Performing other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned
Researching and correcting account discrepancies
Ensuring that accounts contained in the general ledger are correct
Prepare monthly journal entries
Assisting with full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Assisting with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audit Requirements - Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
1 year of accounting experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred
Preferred education is an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
