Your Role as an Independent Sales Representative:

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving the success of Reputection. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new accounts through strategic prospecting, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Providing sales support to existing accounts, closing daily opportunities, and continually expanding our customer base.

Building and strengthening relationships with new and existing accounts to foster long-term partnerships.

Maintaining and enhancing product and technical knowledge in the plastics industry.

Contributing to the overall team effort, collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective success.

As an Independent Sales Representative, you will:

Provide sales support to existing accounts, work and close daily opportunities, continuously expanding the customer base.

Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold calling and referrals.

Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing accounts.

Communicate daily with the sales team/management on the status of orders and customer concerns.

Maintain and enhance product and technical knowledge in the plastics industry.

Follow-up on leads and application opportunities.

Contribute to the team effort.

An ideal candidate will possess:

At least 2 years of outside sales experience in plastics, industrial distribution or graphics-related sales experience with a track record of exceeding assigned sales goals

Basic computer skills

A quiet background during the hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

A laptop or PC

A cell phone

Basic understanding of Google products, such as: Gmail, Google Voice, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Sheets.

A positive attitude and are a team player!
