Summary: Assists Production Manager with daily operations of factory up to and including Loading and Packing Product, learn equipment operations, training, standard operating procedures practices, sanitation standards, and communication with Production Manager. Mechanically inclined desired but not a must.
Looking for day and evening shift.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Assists with production process on all production lines
Learns basic mechanics and functionality of all production equipment
Follows safety procedures and standard operating procedures
Keeps open communication with production manager
Work with managers to implement company policies and goals
Work on all stations of production line to understand full equipment functions
Delegated duties and directives from supervisors completed in fulfillment
