Rental Property Repairman Needed

Hello. We are a local real estate management company in the greater Binghamton area in need of a part time rental property repairman to tend to the every day needs of our tenants that come up. Skills needed are: minor plumbing experience, minor electric experience, ability to change locks and hang doors, fix broken windows, minor hot water heater repair, and basic carpentry skills to fix matters like steps and doorways. Ability to make minor furnace repairs is a plus as well. Pay rate is hourly and based on experience but usually ranges from $25-$35 per hour. 15-20 per week is what we need.
