Rental Property Handy-Man Needed

Hello. We are a local real estate management company in the Greater Binghamton area. We are in need of a general handy-man who can tend to the everyday repairs and needs of our tenants that come up for the various rental properties that we own and manage. Experience is needed in the following areas: minor plumbing, ability to operate an electric plumbing snake, minor electrical, basic hot water heater repair, replacing locks, hanging doors, plastering Sheetrock, replacing windows and if you have minor carpentry experience (for instance, the ability to repair steps or soft spots on floors) that is a plus as well. The work is part time, 15-20 hours per week, and we are very flexible when it comes to scheduling and will try to create a weekly schedule that fits your time frame.
